We are seeking an

ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER/SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

with experience in design, planning, construction inspection, and construction management for multi-family low-rise buildings.

This position will be based in Chicago, but will focus on a project located in Tampa, Florida.

In this position, you will:



Manage a team in the design and construction documentation of a wide variety of projects, in partnership with the Project Director Communicate design options to project teams and clients, which include public agencies Development and management of project schedules and budgets Completes projects within budget and schedule Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and clients. Prepare design and contract drawings using advanced design tools Prepare design and construction documents and specifications Oversee the work of more junior designers and architects Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

We are looking for someone who has:



20+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on multi-family residential projects. Proven experience managing new construction projects, particularly multi-family residential developments. At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role, overseeing complex, multi-unit residential projects from concept through construction administration. Knowledge of other disciplines and directs interdisciplinary coordination Detailed knowledge of building codes and industry standards, including ADA Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Excellent oral and written communication skills Licensed architect Bachelor's degree in Architecture LEED accreditation is preferred PMP certification a plus

Salary range is $90,000 - $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
