Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:





Applies architectural principles, theories, concepts, methods, and techniques in the planning, design, construction, and/or inspection of buildings. Ensures compliance with required building safety, ADA accessibility, and energy codes as established by regulatory authorities. Monitors and initiates general correspondence and coordinates the implementation of required changes for assigned projects.

Career Progression:

This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.

Work Schedule:

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Location:

This vacancy is located in East Baton Rouge Parish.

Compensation:

The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
The bi-weekly rate for these positions is as follows:

Architect 2

(TS314) - $2,516.80

Architect 3

(TS316) - $2,780.80
