We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to join our team as aResident Care Manager
in ourAdult Residential Care Home (ARCH)
. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate resident care, support direct care staff, and ensure each resident receives the personalized, high-quality care they deserve.What You'll Do
Oversee and manage residents' daily health care needs, medications, and care plans. Conduct assessments and communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians, families, and team members. Supervise and support caregivers to ensure safe, compassionate, and consistent care. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and facility policies. Promote a positive, home-like environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for.
What We're Looking For
Current
LPN license
in the State of [Insert State]. Experience inlong-term care, assisted living, or residential care
preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills. Compassionate and dependable -- someone who truly cares about making a difference. Knowledge ofARCH regulations
