The Role

As an Arcade Associate, you'll be the face of fun at DL6! You'll help guests enjoy their visits from loading game cards and redeeming prizes to keeping the arcade clean, safe, and full of energy. What You'll Do

Support daily arcade operations, including the POS system, kiosks, and prize counter. Provide friendly and helpful customer service to every guest, ensuring a fun and positive experience. Assist guests with game cards, ticket redemption, and prize selection. Monitor arcade machines and kiosks, reporting any technical or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Help maintain arcade cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the day. Restock prizes, merchandise, and supplies as needed. Follow all DL6 policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist with special events, promotions, and activities to keep guests engaged. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

What We're Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled) Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and evenings
Nice to Have:

Customer service experience (retail, food service, recreation, or similar) Basic technical or troubleshooting skills for machines or kiosks Interest in youth programs, sports, or family entertainment
