The Part-Time AR Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable department by processing cash receipts, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role also includes filing and providing general accounting and administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:



Process and record daily cash receipts and deposits Perform accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems Maintain organized filing systems for financial and customer records Assist with reconciliations and basic accounting reports Provide general administrative support to the accounting team Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
