The Aquatics Manager is responsible for overseeing all aquatic operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff. Duties
Supervise and train lifeguards and aquatic staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

Manage daily operations of the aquatics facility, including scheduling shifts, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare reports on facility incidents, staffing needs, and program effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events that utilize the aquatic facilities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of aquatics management.
