We are looking for a seasonal experienced facilities maintenance representative to join our Goldfish Puyallup team. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and is willing to spend time keeping our pool, pool area, and facility in like-new condition. Our pool area is 90 degrees, so the ability to work in a warm environment is a must. A flexible schedule is a must! The schedule includes a minimum of Monday, Friday or both between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm. Further scheduling discussed at the interview and based upon availability and business need. The AFMR is responsible for keeping the facility in a like new condition. This includes but is not limited to:
Pool maintenance:
Scrubbing the pool deck once per week, removing grates and cleaning pool deck gutters, keeping pool tile and coping looking like new, and general pool deck cleanliness
Other facilities maintenance:
Dusting HVAC sock, cleaning shower-heads, ensuring all air intake grates are clean and serviceable
Touching up paint & patching and washing walls
Facility equipment maintenance
Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
