About the Role



As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will work directly with clients across home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will help develop and implement individualized, evidence-based programs rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position blends direct client work with essential clinical leadership experience, preparing you for advancement in the field while offering meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

You will provide direct intervention, guide Behavior Therapists, assist with programming, contribute to behavior plans, and collaborate as part of a high-quality clinical team. This is an ideal stepping-stone toward becoming a future BCBA.

What You'll Do



Clinical & Direct Support



Deliver 1:1 ABA services using structured, evidence-based methods. Help clients build communication, play, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Create individualized program materials and support Behavior Therapists with implementation. Review and analyze data to ensure programming is effective and responsive to client needs. Provide supplemental in-person and telehealth supervision for cases as appropriate.

Leadership & Collaboration



Assist in leading team meetings and discussing progress, goals, and recommendations. Support Behavior Therapists with training, troubleshooting, and clinical direction. Maintain strong communication with families, team members, and supervisors. Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and reliability across multiple environments.

Administrative Responsibilities



Maintain accurate data, documentation, session notes, and timesheets. Update client records and programs in CentralReach/Ensora within required timeframes. Maintain a minimum of 80% billable hours and fulfill administrative expectations.

What We're Looking For



Required Qualifications



Completed Master's degree Actively working toward BCBA/BCaBA certification Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to pass background checks and TB testing Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Technical Skills



Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CentralReach, Ensora, and online platforms. Ability to work across various environments (home, clinic, school, community).
