Who We're Looking For

Dependable, eager to learn, and detail-focused. Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and power tools. Team-oriented and open to training under experienced glaziers. Pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

Assist a Lead Glazier with measurements, installs, and finishing work. Learn to measure, cut, and fit glass with precision; every detail matters. Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized. Develop your skills toward independent work in 6-12 months. Communicate clearly with teammates and project leads.

Preferred Qualifications

Some construction or related trade experience (preferred, not required). Valid driver's license. Familiarity with hand/power tools; carpentry knowledge a plus. Able to lift 75 lbs regularly; physically fit for daily labor. Drug-free (mandatory).
