Field Lead / Apprentice Foreman (Weekly Pay + Performance Bonuses -- No Experience Required) Pay: $600-$720 per week + performance bonusesSchedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) About the Role We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to work directly under the owner and learn the trade from the ground up. No experience required -- we will train you. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow, take responsibility, and eventually help oversee jobs. We build full turnkey outdoor living spaces, which means you'll be exposed to multiple trades and learn how complete projects come together from start to finish. What You'll Do You will learn and assist with a wide range of skills, including: Masonry: stone prep, basic stone installation, building hearths, veneer work Hardscape: patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens Landscape tasks: grading, site prep, cleanup Concrete work: form work, setting up, and pouring small slabs Rough framing: building structures, supports, and bases for stonework Light plumbing & electrical prep: running conduit, basic hookups (training provided) Outdoor living builds: fireplaces, kitchens, seating walls, pergolas, and more Job prep: getting sites ready so installers can focus on stone General job site support: materials, tools, organization, and cleanup Stepping in when needed: helping keep projects moving if a crew member is absent Every day is different. You'll learn multiple trades and grow into a leadership role. Pay Structure Guaranteed weekly pay: $600-$720 (based on $15-$18/hr x 40 hrs) Performance bonuses: Based on job completion, ETA, quality, reliability, and stepping up when needed monthly bonus payouts depending on project timelines Requirements No experience required -- we will train you Clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable with hands?on work and tools Dependable and able to communicate professionally Why This Job Matters This role helps keep projects moving, prevents delays, supports installers, and ensures we never lose work due to missed calls or no?shows.
