Position Overview

We're looking for a driven, upbeat, and client-focused Appointment Setter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-value environment. You'll be responsible for engaging new leads, nurturing relationships, and booking portrait sessions for families, women's projects, dancers, pets, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with premium or high-ticket sales and knows how to guide potential clients with clarity, confidence, and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach:

Connect with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and messaging to introduce our studio and identify their needs.

Relationship Building:

Create genuine connections by listening deeply, understanding client motivations, and communicating the heart of what we offer.

Appointment Booking:

Schedule portrait sessions with accuracy and professionalism while aligning with both studio and client availability.

Luxury Sales Support:

Use your high-ticket sales awareness to reassure clients, answer questions, and highlight the value of our artwork and experience.

Follow-Through:

Perform timely follow-ups to ensure no lead goes cold and each inquiry moves smoothly through the booking journey.

CRM Accuracy:

Keep organized, detailed notes and maintain all client communication in our CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

Work with our sales, photography, and marketing teams to support campaigns and maximize booking opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or high-ticket customer service. Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, confident, and empathetic tone. Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally. Strong organization and time-management skills. Comfortable navigating CRM and scheduling software. Bold, bubbly personality with the ability to stay assertive when needed. Highly performance-driven and excited by goals and incentives.
