Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in a professional, courteous manner

Follow communication scripts and procedures when handling inquiries
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Basic computer and typing skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
