Applications Analyst (Help Desk)
In this role, you will be responsible for development, configuration, maintenance, and support for essential business applications. These include, but are not limited to, the core banking platform, electronic document storage and retrieval system, report development and data archiving system, retail and business lending systems, third party vendor integration and data extract development, and electronic forms systems.
The primary focus of this position is to provide general application support across a variety of systems and platforms. We are seeking a flexible and adaptable team member who can respond to evolving support needs and assist wherever required. This is a non-specialized role, designed to serve as a versatile resource for day-to-day operational support.
