The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring an IT Operations Analyst II to join our IT Team to support the Boston Billiard Casino and the Sheraton Hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an IT Operations Analyst II, you will provide efficient and effective IT service, application implementation, and problem resolution to ensure the needs of the property and the business are met. This position will support the company\'s East Region. This position requires a flexible schedule to be available during application installs as evening, overnight and weekend hours will be needed during these times.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities

• Assist Team in determining business and subsidiary standards.
• Assess the application and operational needs working with the BRM team.
• Work with the project team to ensure all implementation elements are reviewed.
• Identify property interfaces and data requirements.
• Educate business owners and system users on features.
• Develop Training outline and plan.
• Prepare documents and materials for seamless handoff to the support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree preferred or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work and leadership experience and related experience in the implementation, installation, and maintenance of information technology systems.
• Strong emphasis and exposure to Information Security.
• Gaming experience or applications experience with Point of Sale, Property Management Systems, or other electronic gaming.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, communication and organizational skills, and customer-focus skills.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, Microsoft Office 365, and Productivity Suite.
• Experience in documentation, training, and project management.
