What You'll Do

As an

Appliance Repair Technician

, you'll be responsible for providing efficient, high-quality service and repair work while delivering excellent customer care.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair residential appliances and equipment. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues. Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed. Provide accurate estimates for repairs or installations. Collect payments and maintain accurate service records. Ensure efficient use of materials and proper maintenance of the company vehicle. Complete invoices, route sheets, and reports in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Residential Appliance Repair Technician

or similar role. Experience with major home appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves). Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to read schematics and manuals. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

EPA certification

a plus.

Valid driver's license

with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour (based on experience) + bonuses and commissions.
