Duties
Safely operate a box truck to deliver products to various locations.
Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring all products are secured during transit.
Assemble and install appliances as needed at customer locations.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during delivery.
Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance on delivery vehicles as necessary.
Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
Skills
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Experience with equipment repair, particularly appliances, is preferred.
Familiarity with operating a box truck safely and efficiently.
Previous experience as a service technician or delivery driver is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining delivery records.
