Job Overview - Delivery Helper

KLCT Transportation LLC is looking for a hardworking Delivery Helper to support our appliance delivery crews throughout Anchorage and nearby areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, and being part of a strong, reliable team. You'll assist the lead driver with lifting, moving, staging, and setting appliances inside customer homes while ensuring every delivery is handled safely and professionally.

No experience is required -- we provide full training for appliance handling and customer interaction.

What You'll Do

Assist with loading and unloading appliances from the truck. Move appliances safely into customers' homes using proper equipment. Help with setup, leveling, and positioning of appliances under the guidance of the driver. Remove packaging materials and help with haul-away of old units. Communicate clearly with customers and support the driver during each stop. Keep tools, straps, and equipment organized throughout the day. Follow all safety standards and lifting practices. Work as part of a two-person team to complete routes efficiently.

Requirements

Must be able to access military bases and maintain a clean record. Able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items with team support. Dependable, punctual, and ready for early-morning start times. Comfortable working in fast-paced, physical environments. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and communicate respectfully. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $190.00 per day
