Duties

Install, assemble, and set up appliances, washer/ dryer, refrigeration units, and other equipment according to schematics and technical specifications Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration work with accuracy and safety Drive a box truck or similar vehicle to transport tools, parts, and equipment to job sites efficiently Perform field service tasks including diagnosing problems, repairing equipment, and ensuring optimal operation Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed, providing excellent customer service throughout the process Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required Adhere to safety protocols at all times during installations or repairs to ensure personal safety and compliance with regulations Assist with inventory management by tracking parts and tools used during each job

Qualifications

Proven experience in appliance repair, service technician roles, or related field service positions Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately Electrical experience is highly desirable for troubleshooting wiring issues or electrical components Familiarity with refrigeration systems, HVAC units, or similar equipment is a plus Experience as a delivery driver or operating box trucks supports efficient transportation of tools and parts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Basic assembly skills for appliances or equipment setup required for installation tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of appliance repair techniques beyond installation Experience working with refrigeration or washer/dryer in commercial or residential settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 - $700.00 per week

Work Location: In person
