Job Overview

KLCT Transportation LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers and Helpers for our appliance delivery, installation, and haul-away operations. Our team delivers major home appliances to residential customers across Anchorage and surrounding areas. This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service skills.

Training is provided -- you just need to show up on time, be willing to learn, and work hard.

Schedule: Early morning start times, full-time preferred

Pay: Discussed during informal interview

Location: Anchorage, AK

Start Date: Immediate openings available

Key Duties

Safely load, unload, and deliver home appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.). Perform basic appliance installations (with training provided). Complete haul-away of old appliances when required. Navigate daily route manifests and follow customer delivery windows. Communicate professionally with customers and resolve basic on-site issues. Complete required delivery documentation and photo verification. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment inside the truck. Work effectively as part of a two-person team. Follow all safety protocols, lifting procedures, and company policies.
Job Requirements

Must be able to go on base and have a clean record. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings. Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (up to 150-200 lbs with team assistance). Valid driver's license (Driver positions only). Clean driving record. Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Must be comfortable using smartphones/tablets for route apps and photo documentation. Must be willing to work in various weather conditions. Professional appearance -- uniforms provided. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $150.00 per day
