Expercom, Utah's Premier Apple Dealer, is looking hire someone that is passionate about the Mac, the iPad, and the iPhone. As a representative of Expercom and Apple, you are an essential part of the customer's experience. You are able to recommend solutions for customers on the products they love. You can help them understand techno speak and help them with their problems. You are excited about making the customer's experience memorable. Part time and full time positions available.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right Apple solutions for their home or business. You should also be able to ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards.

Assist in servicing the latest Apple Products. Training is provided and upon completion receive Apple certification and authorization to do repairs on Apple products.

You are passionate about the iPhone, iPad, and the Mac

You like to share your knowledge with others

You enjoy learning new skills and are excited of growing in a changing environment

You are friendly and enjoy meeting new people

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time available, must be available to work Saturdays

Salary: From $13/hr with Bonuses available.
