Experience:
10+ years (minimum), with 5+ years deep Appian expertiseRequired Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to BPM or workflow technologies. 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience (Appian SAIL, Data Fabric, Process Models, Integrations, Web APIs, CDT design, RPA, Sites). Proven experience as Appian Architect / Senior Lead in large-scale enterprise implementations. Strong knowledge of Appian cloud/on-prem, DevOps pipeline, automated testing, and performance tuning. Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, microservices, databases, and modern architecture patterns. Solid understanding of Appian plug-ins, Appian connected systems, and Appian security. Appian certifications (L3 Preferred) are highly desirable. Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to lead technical workshops and guide stakeholders.
