Pay Range: $26 - $29/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; ICD-10, CMS, OSHPD
• Minimum of 3-6 years of grievances and Appeal experience, including phone and email communication.
• Prior exposure to healthcare environments
• Strong written and verbal communication for handling member grievances
