Help keep the magic organized this Mardi Gras season!

Pop's Midtown is Mobile's destination for all things Mardi Gras - and we're in full swing with new apparel arriving daily! We're looking for a

detail-oriented, experienced retail apparel professional

to take charge of keeping our merchandise flowing smoothly from delivery to display.

This is a

seasonal position

starting

immediately

and running through

mid-February

, with flexible hours during our busiest time of year.

What You'll Do

Receive and verify shipments

of new apparel (women's, men's, and children's)

Check in inventory

against purchase orders and vendor invoices

Tag, label, and price

merchandise according to Pop's standards

Maintain an organized backstock system

that works throughout the season

Restock the sales floor

regularly and communicate with retail staff about needs Support

visual merchandising

and seasonal changeovers Maintain a

clean, efficient stockroom

and lead the ongoing organization of apparel operations

Who You Are

Experienced in

retail apparel operations, inventory management, or merchandising

Organized, dependable, and able to stay focused during a busy season Capable of lifting and moving boxes of merchandise Proactive and confident in taking ownership of back-of-house systems Positive attitude and comfortable working independently or with a small team Ready to jump in and make a big impact - right now!

Details

Seasonal position:

Start immediately through

mid-February

Part to full-time:

20-40 hours per week depending on the person (flexible schedule; peak hours during shipments and re-stock days during Mardi Gras season)

Starting pay:

$19-$22/hour
