Apm/project Engineer Multifamily

Job Description
My client is a multifamily general contractor with projects across the United States and they are a company that is quickly growing.
- Review design drawings and specifications
- Prepare and distribute bid packages to qualified vendors and conduct pre-bid meetings
- Work hand in hand with a Project Manager to take projects from start to finish
- Manage small owner consultants and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of tasks, sequences, milestones, and critical path events
- Forecast delays in timing, materials, or resources
- Review invoices, pay applications and change orders to assure pricing accurate, fair, and comprehensive

- Bachelor\'s degree plus 2+ years of related experience in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline. Experience in multi-family construction preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in construction industry
- Must be comfortable learning and using technology software such as ProCore and BlueBeam.
- Ground-up experience preferred
- Must engage well with high-end clientele
- Works well in a team environment but is someone who can be self-sufficient when needed
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
