Job Description


My client is a multifamily general contractor with projects across the United States and they are a company that is quickly growing.

  • Review design drawings and specifications
  • Prepare and distribute bid packages to qualified vendors and conduct pre-bid meetings
  • Work hand in hand with a Project Manager to take projects from start to finish
  • Manage small owner consultants and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain knowledge of tasks, sequences, milestones, and critical path events
  • Forecast delays in timing, materials, or resources
  • Review invoices, pay applications and change orders to assure pricing accurate, fair, and comprehensive

  • Bachelor\'s degree plus 2+ years of related experience in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline. Experience in multi-family construction preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience in construction industry
  • Must be comfortable learning and using technology software such as ProCore and BlueBeam.
  • Ground-up experience preferred
  • Must engage well with high-end clientele
  • Works well in a team environment but is someone who can be self-sufficient when needed
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
