Apartment Property Manager - 2+ years experience

Job Overview:

We're hiring a Property Manager to lead the daily operations of our multifamily communities. If you're experienced in property management, customer service-focused, and skilled in leasing and maintenance coordination, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage property operations, budgets, and leasing activities. Provide excellent service to residents and guests. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. Collect rent, enforce lease agreements, and maintain records. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and Section 8 guidelines.
Qualifications:

2+ years of property management or leasing experience preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Section 8. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient with property management software (e.g., AppFolio). Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
