Free 1-Bedroom Unit + $2,300 Monthly Compensation

MondayFriday | 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week

Assist in overseeing the 40-unit sister property next door in coordination with an existing key holder.

What Youll Do

Supervise contractors and ensure all property services meet company standards Communicate with tenants daily, post rents, and issue notices as needed Show and lease units, process applications, and prepare rental agreements Conduct thorough daily property inspections, address repair needs, and handle light maintenance Maintain pristine grounds and common areas to reflect a high-quality living experience

Required Qualifications Must-Haves

Minimum

2 years of hands-on onsite apartment management experience

managing a multi-unit property

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

for effective tenant communication Strong knowledge of

Fair Housing laws

and property management regulations Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with

AppFolio

preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks independently Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated

hands-on light cleaning

No smoking and no pets
