Apartment Manager-(3 years experience required)

We are seeking an Experienced Apartment Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for Onsite Management of our 319 unit apartment community in Dallas , Texas. Our primary focus is to be the leader in the market and drive company revenue. The exceptional candidate will have demonstrated success in leadership, motivational and training skills. We are seeking an experienced, professional to oversee and assist in marketing plans, budgets for apartment community. The successful individual will have a proven track record in the hands-on management of a multi-family management and have the ability to maximize cash flow and long term value.

Strong Marketing background within budget, Multi-property management experience required. Problem solver The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in multifamily Manager with a proven track record of excellence. Some areas of expertise are managing, motivating, training and coaching a team to succeed Above average internet and computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel Knowledgeable in risk management, specifically limiting ownership/management liabilities Preparation and understanding of property management budget Finding creative solutions to tough challenges, such as increasing income and reducing expenses Self-motivated and eager for advancement Must possess an outgoing, positive attitude with a willingness to work hard. Welcome and identify customer needs Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Dispute resolution

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Property Management of multi family units Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
