Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property located in Wilmington, NC. Tribute Companies is dedicated to customer service and elevating the communities we serve. What You'll Do

:

Oversee daily operations

: Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.

Handle general repairs

: Ensure everything runs smoothly.

Prepare apartments for new residents

: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.

Conduct preventive maintenance

: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Knowledge

: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Hands-On

: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.

Certified

: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.

Schedule

: On-call duty rotation required.

Trustworthy

: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay:

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from

$19 to $22 per hour

. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
