We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Your day-to-day:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks Respond to work orders and resident service requests Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 5 weeks Snow removal when needed

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Up to $21.00/Hour Annual salary increases up to 5% Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs Holiday coverage bonuses Retirement planning via a robust 401k package inclusive of a 3% match Blue Cross Medical Insurance at only $45 monthly (individual coverage) Complimentary Life and Dental Insurance packages Optional Vision and Disability Insurance available Enjoyment of nine paid holidays annually Generous Paid Time Off! 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5 Years = 160 Hours Rental discounts amounting to 20% off at any owned community.
