Apartment Maintenance Technician - Handyman

to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our apartment community. Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fixing and maintaining properties? The expected pay for this role is

$20 - $25 per hour

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As a Maintenance Technician, your main goal is to make sure our residents have a safe and cozy place to call home. You take pride in getting apartments move-in ready and ensuring our residents are happy with the service they receive. Whenever work orders come in, you're on it, making repairs and keeping things in tip-top shape. And don't forget about the grounds and common areas - you're always pitching in to keep everything looking sharp.


But it doesn't stop there - you're also the go-to person for after-hours emergencies. No matter what comes up, you handle it with a cool head and a friendly attitude. Safety is a huge priority for you, and you make sure all equipment is properly maintained.


The best part? You love the variety that comes with the job. And above all, you know that you're a key player in our residential property management success!

YOUR SCHEDULE

The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. You will also be part of an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant education Previous maintenance experience HVAC certification (preferred, not required)
