Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Norman, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with specific experience in residential properties.

Must have experience in HVAC

, electrical, plumbing and management.

Requirement: Must pass a background check.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and preventative maintenance Respond promptly to and complete assigned maintenance requests from residents Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inspections Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and property amenities including pool maintenance On-call time in rotation Perform other related duties as assigned by management Must supervisor team of direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience as Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (REQUIRED)

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed Ability to lead maintenance team Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Drivers License
