Job Description

White River Regional Housing Authority (WRRHA) is seeking a part-time maintenance worker for 18 hours per week at its property in Marshall, Arkansas. This individual will be assigned apartment maintenance duties under the direction of the Maintenance Team Leader and Site Manager, including general repairs and maintenance for minor electrical, plumbing, and heat and air equipment. Such activities may include unclogging drains, fixing leaks, repairing electrical switches, replacing plumbing and lighting fixtures, and other repairs as needed. Other duties could include grounds maintenance, wall repair, light carpentry, painting, and other activities as needed, including preventative maintenance, such as replacing air filters and cleaning gutters.

WRRHA staff work together to ensure the needs of our tenants are resolved quickly and effectively. We work together to prioritize work orders, including managing the timelines for unit turnovers. We also take whatever steps are necessary to ensure our resources, such as equipment and supplies are well-maintained and readily available for use when needed.

This is a salaried part-time position with holiday pay, as well as paid vacation and sick leave available.
