is looking for an experienced

Leasing Consultant

to join our growing team at Lafayette Towers Apartments!

If you have a passion for working with guests to help them identify their next home, then this role is for you! We are seeking individuals who are committed to customer service, thorough follow-up, and the importance of making the SALE!

MUST PASS CRIMINAL & DRUG SCREEN

Responsibilities for the ideal candidate include but are not limited to:

Ability to work well in a team environment. Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and applicants. Have stellar skills in Property Management Software and/or Microsoft Office. Process application, move-in, and renewal paperwork. Inspect community, model, and vacant apartments to ensure top notch standards at all times. Ensure resident satisfaction via move-in and work order follow up. Maintain sales goals, at or above company expectations, for telephone and in-person sales. Assist with the planning and execution of site marketing, advertising and outreach to local businesses and employers. Adhere to established policies related to fair housing. Perform other duties and special projects as requested by Management.

Compensation Package:

$19 per hour & up,

plus commission

License/Experience:

Must have previous sales or leasing experience
