We are a locally owned property management company seeking a Groundskeeper for an apartment community. This individual must also have the ability to perform light maintenance duties. This is a full time year round position. Primary duties include: Pick up trash daily, plant flowers, water flowers and lawn, snow removal in the winter, spread ice melt, etc. Other duties include: Maintain interior and exterior lights, change furnace filters, and other light maintenance duties.
