Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces and common areas Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces regularly Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to uphold cleanliness standards Use proper janitorial techniques aligned with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved

Requirements

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining hygienic spaces in apartments or commercial settings Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and reaching high or low areas comfortably Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents and clients Experience with specialized cleaning tools and products used in commercial cleaning environments

No Residential Cleaning

Must be fast and efficient. Speed and accuracy is a must.

Compensation is based on location of work/work being done/ how quickly and accurately the work is done.

WE ARE CONTRACTING WITH GOVERMENT PROPERTIES. BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE REQUIRED AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS.

We contract with many locations. Reliable transportation is important.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
