Apartment Caretaker (Onsite)

Location : 707 5th Street SE, Minneapolis, MN

Property Size: 13 Units (Market Rate)

Part-time (~ 5 - 15 hours weekly)

Pay: *$400 monthly rent credit

*$15/hour (rent credit/$$)

*$50 for each new lease or renewal

We are seeking a live-in apartment caretaker/manager for 707 5th Street SE in Minneapolis. Caretaker Position and 1 bedroom apartment available starting as soon as candidate is available. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication and resident relations skills, diligence in maintaining the grounds and cleanliness/maintenance of the building, and strong organization skills, and ideally some general maintenance and repair skills.

Caretaker Duties & Responsibilities:

*Show units to prospective tenants and hand out applications, as well as drafting of leases and handling of turnovers (generally in the summer).

*Rent Collection and submittal monthly, as well as handling of notices and communications with tenants.

*Provide courteous and prompt customer service, and handle any resident issues effectively and efficiently.

*Maintain grounds, including lawn & landscaping and snow removal.

*Light cleaning of common areas.

*Some routine maintenance and repair skills preferred but not required.
