Job Description

Blackstone Investment Group, Inc. is a multiple entity organization. Posted salary is DOE. Someone who understands the complexities of splitting one transaction between two or more companies is highly sought after. This position requires a person who is detail oriented, who can multi-task, and who can provide a high level of customer service for both internal and external partners.

Current Duties include:


Accounts Payable:


Matching of PO's, receivers and invoices Compare costs on PO's and receivers Input invoices into accounting systems for payment Make payments of invoices via check, wire, or credit card Match payment documentation with invoices Code payments by credit card in online banking system

Accounts Receivable:


Input orders into the computer system Process invoices Process credit card payments Apply payments in accounting system Prepare deposits

General Office:


Answer phones and direct calls Filing, faxing and scan emailing of documents Prepare various accounting reports And other general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:


Computer experience (NetSuite, Excel, Outlook, Word, internet, etc.) General office experience AP experience required/AR experience helpful Must be able to complete basic accounting tasks Must have good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.5 to $23 /hour
