Position Summary:

A well-established aviation maintenance provider is hiring experienced A&P Mechanics to support its commercial jet operations in Goodyear, Arizona. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Applicants must hold a valid FAA A&P license and have substantial experience in commercial aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial jet aircraft Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair airframe and powerplant systems Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company procedures Accurately document maintenance actions in approved tracking systems Collaborate with other technicians and departments to maintain operational efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial jet maintenance Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance

Compensation and Benefits:
