About the Opportunity

A leading regional jet maintenance operation is seeking

A&P Technicians

to perform heavy maintenance (C-checks) on various regional jet airframes. This facility supports a 24/7 operation and is looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about aviation and committed to safety, precision, and performance.

As an A&P Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft structures and systems in accordance with FAA and company standards. You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a unified team that values your expertise and supports your growth.

Key Responsibilities

Perform heavy maintenance (C-checks) on regional jet airframes Comply with environmental health and safety policies Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently Inspect and repair aircraft per FAA and regulatory guidelines Consult blueprints, manuals, and technical documents for troubleshooting Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs Perform installations, removals, and inspections Complete tasks within designated timeframes Operate ground support equipment as needed

Basic Requirements

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) License required 2-3 years of aircraft technician experience preferred MRO experience is a plus CRJ airframe experience is a plus Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections) is a plus Must possess a basic set of tools Strong troubleshooting skills Comfortable using computer-based maintenance systems Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable High school diploma or equivalent required Must be comfortable with shift work (12-hour shifts including days, nights, and weekends)

Pay: $37.00 per hour
