Duties:

The Anti-Human Trafficking Coordinator sees to the arrangement, coordination, monitoring, reporting and delivery of services to meet the needs of runaway/homeless youth who are risk of or who have experienced human trafficking. The coordinator will provide youth and young adults with crisis intervention, case management and referral services. The coordinator will run support groups, teach evidence-based prevention curriculums, run the drop- in center, and help connect youth with needed services. The coordinator will conduct outreach services in the community to reach out to youth and provide prevention and intervention services. This position will work on a multi-disciplinary human trafficking response team.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in human services or related field, or an associate degree and one to two years of experience working with youth.
Successfully complete a criminal background check in state(s) of residence during the past three years.

Desired Qualifications:

Two years of experience working with runaway youth or youth who are at risk of or who have experienced human trafficking.
