We are a well-established property management company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager to join our Annual Department. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of annual rental properties
Process rent payments and enforce payment policies
Handle tenant and owner communications professionally and promptly
Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and follow up through completion
Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
Schedule and perform property inspections
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Coordinate owner statements, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
Manage the eviction process, including notices, communication with courts, and coordination with legal resources
Ensure company policies and state regulations are followed.
Qualifications
Previous property management or real estate experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable handling conflict professionally (late payments, complaints, evictions, etc.)
Proficiency with computers and basic office software (property management software a plus)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
