What You Will Do:

Provide an outstanding customer experience for all customers of Karl Chevrolet. Professionally administer all incoming calls, promptly answering the telephone and directing callers to the appropriate employee.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

Be highly motivated and goal-oriented Possess strong time management skills. Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally. Be team oriented Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Be Able to work independently on assigned tasks
