We are seeking a detail-oriented Analytical Lab Associate to support particulate testing of pharmaceutical drug products. This role involves performing qualified analytical methods, troubleshooting, and contributing to CMC activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work onsite at a client facility in Boston, MA, starting January 2026.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform batch and stability testing using qualified particulate analysis methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
• Review and report analytical data; participate in audits.
• Support assay development, qualification, and technology transfer.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with microscopy techniques (FIM, SEM, fluorescence) preferred.
• Familiarity with particle characterization methods (e.g., Raman) and counting techniques (e.g., light obscuration).
• Knowledge of cGMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA, are encouraged to apply.
