What You Will Learn:

Candidate will be responsible for the support of data quality and catalog management for our product master data within L'Oreal North America's Data & Analytics organization.



Manage the product code creation, routing, approval, and activation processes for an assigned brand or category within the L'Oreal product catalog Coordinate, validate, and execute mass data updates and loads using various tools in Cosmo SKU, Elixpedia, and SAP for all divisions Monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner Assist in the CoE's SCCM process, including incident routing and escalation Assist with data quality projects as needed Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions within the organization, including IT, marketing, transportation, brand management, finance, and packaging

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of relevant business experience in product or supply chain master data Proficient with Microsoft Suite, with a strong focus on Excel. Knowledge of (or ability to learn) Power BI a big plus Strong working knowledge of SAP, with the ability to learn and master internal L'Oreal data management systems such as Cosmo SKU and Elixpedia

Preferred Qualifications:

Understands the importance of proactive master data and communicates its importance to team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Interacts effectively and customizes communication to their audience. Manages complexity and meets deadlines without sacrificing data quality or integrity. Ability to multi-task and meet challenging timelines.
