Description:
Assist the nurse reviewers research and pre- write-up of LTSS cases with non-clinical information to include but not limited to:
Locate and validate 1147 status/decision on HILOC MCP
Assist and triage email inquiries/requests from Health Coordination related to HCBS and electronic visit verification (EVV) program
Generation of letters
Assist with updating entries in Aerial based on EVV requirements (or issues related to claims processing.)
Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) required
Typing speed (45+wpm) required
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.
Demonstrate initiative and handle tasks without constant supervision.
UM Systems and Health Plan experience preferred.
