Under the direction of the Section Chief, Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) in the Advancing Child Care & Equity Support Section under the Child Care Bargaining & Inclusion Bureau, the Child Care Tribal and Equity Analyst III is responsible for providing policy analysis, research and outreach coordination on a range of complex projects impacting tribal communities, supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance with federal child care program requirements, advancing the division's Equity Framework Screening Tool, and Equity Action Plan across CCDD. The incumbent must be an effective communicator and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of partners.
