This position is part of a team that supports the USINDOPACOM Alpha contract. The Analyst will provide comprehensive support and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of program activities by effectively managing tasks, schedules and administrative needs.
Responsibilities:

Track deadlines, action items and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives
Provide clear and concise daily and weekly updates on the program's schedule
Manage and facilitate comprehensive agendas for meetings
Take detailed and accurate minutes, capturing key decisions, action items and next steps
Review, edit and update operational instructions, tasks, records, correspondence and presentations
Maintain clear, professional and courteous communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts
Effectively manage communication flow within the program, ensuring timely information exchange and seamless collaboration
