Job Description

We are a group practice with multiple locations throughout the Inland Empire and one in the O.C. Our mission is to provide our community with efficient and ethical psychotherapy that will educate and inspire change in the lives of our clients. Our clinicians have been trained to utilize evidenced based practices in a therapeutic setting that have proven effective. They continue to attend trainings in order to keep up to date on therapeutic techniques and their legal and ethical obligations.

Part time position at our downtown Riverside location only.

Minimum of 15 clients scheduled per week on the schedule of your choosing. Must be hybrid.

Pay is $35-$45 per clinical hour and $15.50 for all administrative time.

Requirements

Must

be registered with the BBS in California as MFT associate, MSW associate, or PCC associate. Attend individual/group supervision. Must have at least 1500 hours towards licensure. Must be willing to meet with children, family, and couples. Must be hybrid.

Responsibilities:

- Provide counseling services to clients utilizing various evidence based therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with various mental health symptoms.
- Utilize telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using coding such as ICD-10 from the DSM V TR.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid AMFT, APCC, or ACSW license.
- Experience in adult, couple, child and family counseling.
- Proficiency in coding and familiarity with ICD-10 coding system.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
