Why We're Here
At Henley, we believe heartfelt, human connections make people's lives better--especially for those who work here.
Our founder,
Bill Kimpton
, rebelled against the impersonal, generic hospitality that left people feeling disconnected. He set a new boutique hotel standard built on connection from the heart. That purpose still drives us today: improving lives--coworkers, guests, owners, and our communities.
Every day, your work has meaning. Here, you'll make a difference in your own unique way--and you'll feel that same care in return.
How We're Different
Since 1981, our
San Francisco-born entrepreneurial spirit
and zest for life have shaped our culture. We celebrate individuality--your background, personality, and plucky spirit are fully welcome here.
We look for people who thrive on creativity, self-leadership, and a genuine passion for making others' lives better. The result? A work environment that's quirky, exciting, empowering, and downright exceptional. Guests feel it. You'll feel it too.
