We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our AM Bakers here at our Glendale, WI location.

This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate would have open day and Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn Be able to read through and follow recipes Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18+) to make cookies Decorating and displaying finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older to apply but able to work later shifts for this role Legally eligible to work in the United States Must have open morning availability, some start days of 6AM Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts Excellent communication skills Time management skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (Not Funded by Crumble-$8.99 Cost*)

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
